A Day In The Life

As a Prep team member, you will be an ambassador of the PINCHO core values. You will be an integral part of the guest experience by preparing the raw food that will be cooked throughout the day and all other food needed. You will be responsible for regular checks to assure product quality. You will report to the General Manager and Assistant Manager. Pincho will empower you to make your own decisions that create the best experience for our guests.

We encourage our team members to be well-rounded team players, willing to get their hands dirty and do whatever it takes to keep your store running smoothly! No matter what position you start in with us, you will have the opportunity to be cross-trained. You may be asked to take on different roles within our team. 

 Requirements

• Be at least 18years of age
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Food prep experience preferred
