RESPONSIBILITIES

As a BOH Supervisor, you will be trained at our PInecrest location in preparing top-quality food in our open kitchens. Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all PINCHO standards
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized
• Stand and walk for an entire shift – This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our guests
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.
• 2 Years of Kitchen Experiance. 
• We offer on-the-job training.
• Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests. 
• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook preferred
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
