RESPONSIBILITIES- Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
- Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all PINCHO standards
- Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized
- Stand and walk for an entire shift – This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our guests
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.
- No previous experience is needed. We offer on-the-job training.
- Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests.
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook preferred
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
