Pitfire Pizza is looking for a Shift Lead!

We are hands-on-stretching dough, tending wood fires, foraging for great produce. We consistently create heartfelt experiences with warmth, graciousness and authenticity.

The Shift Lead will work closely with the management team to teach product and service standards while maintaining a fun, upbeat environment. You will be responsible for:

• Coaching, training, and inspiring a team of 20
• Growing the business by creatively driving sales and maintaining cost controls
• Creating genuine experiences and building positive relationships

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years in a chef driven concept or craft bar
• Desire to collaborate and create with the team
• Availability on Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) is mandatory
• A true love of Hospitality and Respect for ALL people
• Detail orientation and cool under pressure
• Strong Problem Solving, Communication, and Time Management skills
• Intense focus for details including recipe adherence, steps of service, food/beverage quality, presentation, and cleanliness of the restaurant. Must follow direction, self-motivate, work clean and stay organized.
