Restaurant Team Member

Come join Papa John’s team where we make pizzas and have fun while making money! This position is for all stations in the store, front and back. Making pizzas, helping customers, and tending the oven are some of the skills you’ll learn here. We’re looking to add people with positive attitudes, a team player mentality, and good communication skills.  

Responsibilities

·         Work as part of a team. Be on time and show up for all your scheduled shifts. Complete all assigned tasks throughout the shifts. Assist other workstations as needed. Wear your complete uniform and abide by appearance standards. Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.

·         Perform assigned workstations in the store and meet our quality and service standards. This includes making products, prepping our better ingredients for better pizzas, providing in person and phone customers with professional and positive interactions, cleaning, and acting with a sense of urgency with everything you do.

·         Communicate with management regarding your schedule needs. We pride ourselves on our flexibility with the schedule to make it work around your school, home, and other work life. We can only make this possible if you provide us with what you need.

·         Comply with Papa John’s uniform, appearance, and operation standards as defined in the Operations Manual, Team Member Handbook, PizzAcademy. Comply with all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.

·         Accurately use the FOCUS system, process cash and/or credit card transactions. Support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average when taking an order. Protect the company’s assets by maintaining organized, safe and clean work areas; always comply with safety and security standards.
