This role involves early morning shifts, heavy lifting, preparation of ingredients, cleaning, and maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and mix ingredients for dough production according to company standards.

  • Safely lift, carry, and move items weighing 50+ pounds on a regular basis.

  • Clean and sanitize dough trays, tools, and work areas to maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Monitor ingredient levels and assist with restocking as needed.

  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality of dough products.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily goals.

  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds repeatedly.

  • Comfortable working early morning shifts.

  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail.

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

  • Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation preferred (training available).

  • Reliability and punctuality are a must.
