• Position requires knowledge of food, wine and contemporary cocktails. 
• Prior high volume fine dining experience preferred.
• Communicate effectively with customers, helping them with their food and beverage selection.
• Keen awareness of guest environment, experience and needs.
• Ability to create memorable guest connection with our food and beverages.
• Liquor, cocktail, craft beer and wine knowledge.
• Professional and enthusiastic attitude.
