We’re proud of our close-knit kitchen team, many of whom have been with us for years. Joe, our Head Chef, began his journey here as a kitchen porter and has grown into his role over the past eight years. Aggy, our talented CDP, has been part of the team for 12 years, and the rest of our kitchen crew have all been with us for over four. We cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients and are looking for a sous chef who can support Joe, integrate seamlessly with our established team, and play a key role in mentoring and developing our apprentices.
