So, we’re looking for a positive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team! You'll be joining the team at a truly exciting time as we consolidate our estate across six locations in the UK, so this is a great opportunity for someone who is highly motivated by sales to have a significant impact on the organisation and become a key member of the team.
What will you be doing at Lucky Voice:
Quickly and effectively responding to incoming enquiries by website, e-mail and telephone
Maximising pre-booked sales for the venues by converting a high level of enquiries
Upselling relevant food, drinks and packages
Gathering customer feedback and responding where relevant
Liaising with the Group Sales Manager to identify potential relevant corporate contacts
Conducting venue showarounds and FAM trips
Assisting with the planning of large functions and exclusive hire bookings including meet & greets with customers and handover to the venue teams
Building great relationships with our local customer base
Executing outreach campaigns and supporting business development activities
Ensuring a great level of customer service to generate repeat bookings
Supporting the Venue teams with reception and hosting when required
Work to predetermined targets for pre-booked sales
Other sales activities to support the team
We'd be delighted if you have:
Amazing communication skills
A passion for building relationships
A background in hospitality sales or operations
Experience in booking and CRM platforms (we use Collins and Acteol)

What you'll get:
Salary: £28k-£29k per annum depending on experience
Uncapped commission based on achieving and exceeding monthly targets and KPIs
