We are currently looking for experienced, dynamic & driven Bartenders to join our Soho venue! If you are confident, proactive and passionate about hospitality, people and creating memorable customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you! 

The role: 

As a Lucky Voice Bartender, you bring the experience, energy and a genuine passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Highly organised and a natural communicator, you inspire your colleagues to deliver excellence whilst ensuring smooth, seamless operations every shift. 

About you:

• You have at least 1 year of experience of bartending experience

• You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• You have a solid understanding of the industry and stay up to date with current trends and best practices.

• You bring energy, positivity and a sense of fun to the workplace, making both your team and customers feel welcome and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere 

• Taking and processing orders, preparing an extensive range of drinks including cocktails. 

• Master a thorough knowledge of all bar products. 

• General day to day duties including, opening/closing procedures, maintaining a clean, organised and well stocked bar, upholding high standards of hygiene, safety and presentation at all times

• Follow all licensing laws and responsible alcohol service practices 

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment, working closely with the wider venue team to ensure a smooth service

• Identify and solve operational challenges proactively. 

• Please note: This role requires flexibility and late working hours.
