Senior Marketing Manager
Lucky Voice Poland Street

Description

About us:

We’re in the business of leisure and hospitality, and have a great time delivering phenomenal nights out that include amazing private room karaoke, delicious drinks, and tasty food. Lucky Voice is a place where people come to let their hair down. Have fun. Belt out some tunes. Switch off from reality. We’re looking for someone to play a part in creating marketing moments that communicate nights out that everyone enjoys and remembers forever.

About the role:

We're looking for an experienced marketing all-rounder to join Lucky Voice. You'll be driving integrated marketing campaigns that get people through our doors across our city-centre venues whilst being the guardian of our brand.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll bring our annual marketing strategy to life - translating high-level plans into clear channel strategies, campaign roadmaps and execution frameworks for the wider team.

This is a hybrid role based in London with plenty of variety - you'll be out visiting venues, launching campaigns on-site and working face-to-face with partners. No two days are the same.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive footfall and cement our brand position

  • Translate the annual marketing strategy into clear plans across social, email, paid media and website, guiding and supporting the marketing executives on what to implement, how to do it and why

  • Be a guardian of our brand and identity, ensuring consistent execution across all digital and physical touchpoints

  • Take ownership of briefs, to include design, photography and videography

  • Take a commercial standpoint across marketing, sales and operations teams to hit venue cover and spend per head targets

  • Line-manage and develop two marketing executives (Digital and Social & Content), setting clear direction, reviewing performance, and continuously improving output through testing, learning and iteration

  • Test and learn: track performance and optimise based on what's actually working

  • Coordinate with partner agencies to deliver top-tier marketing at every level

What we're looking for:

  • 5-8+ years' marketing experience, ideally within hospitality or leisure

  • Strong generalist with hands-on knowledge across brand, digital and campaign delivery

  • Experience in Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite essential, knowledge of Acteol and Payload desirable but not essential

  • Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and team efficiency

  • Comfortable in pitching ideas and proving ROI to senior management

  • Natural people leader who enjoys nurturing and developing marketing talent

  • Data-driven but creative too – you get the numbers and the magic

  • Thrives in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same

  • Highly organised, confident and determined to do a great job

  • Last but not least - someone who brings energy, fun and enthusiasm to all that they do

What's in it for you:

  • Private Healthcare with Benenden Health

  • Employee Assistance Programme

  • Wagestream

  • Cycle to Work Scheme

  • 20% Friends & Family Discount on Room Hire

  • 50% Staff Discount (F&B)

  • 30% Staff Discount on Karaoke Kits

  • Staff Socials / Company Wide Parties / Quarterly Events
