At The Pontcanna you'll find ten boutique bedrooms on the upper floors, while downstairs there's a welcoming bar & lounge area, plus fantastic terraces to the front & rear of the pub. Our talented chefs serve up a tempting menu of hearty food & if you are feeling thirsty, we offer an eclectic range of craft beers, real ales, cider, wines, & cocktails. The Pontcanna is known as the place to watch live sports with our pizza van & big screens in the back garden on big match days. Ideally located for all of Cardiff's major attractions, The Pontcanna is close to Sophia Gardens, a short walk from the University, close to the Castle, the SSE SWALEC, as well as the Principality & Cardiff City Stadiums.
