What You’ll Do Here

As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager — helping lead the restaurant, inspire the team, and deliver standout guest experiences every single day. You’ll bring the energy, the standards, and the support that keep things running at their best.

You’ll:

  • Support the General Manager in all daily operations and KPIs

  • Deliver epic guest experiences with a focus on cleanliness, speed, and service

  • Be a champion of our brand, our team, and our delicious chicken

  • Help manage health & safety, food safety, and compliance standards

  • Coach, develop, and empower team members to reach their potential

  • Step up and lead the restaurant in the GM’s absence

  • Help drive performance, cost control, and local guest engagement

  • Live and breathe our values — leading by example and creating a positive, inclusive culture

 What’s On the Menu for Your Day-to-Day?

  • Work closely with your GM to run a smooth and successful operation

  • Support and motivate the team through strong leadership and presence on the floor

  • Assist with scheduling, recruitment, training, and development

  • Help monitor food safety and audit readiness

  • Deliver consistent guest satisfaction and brand standards

  • Jump in wherever needed — this is a hands-on, team-first role

  • Communicate effectively across the team and with support departments

  • Create an atmosphere where everyone thrives, and guests feel the love

 What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • A fun, positive attitude and passion for people

  • Experience in team leadership within hospitality or food service

  • Knowledge of food safety, health and safety, and compliance practices

  • Strong communication and coaching skills
