Popeyes is coming to the Republic of Ireland next year and we are looking for a HR Manager to help us define and create a memorable people experience. This role will be based in Dublin and will require regular travel to Northern Ireland.
As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Popeyes' expansion across Ireland, driving the successful launch of our brand as well as ensuring strong people operations at our Belfast site and future locations. You’ll work closely with the leadership to build a robust team and foster a positive, high-performance culture. If you’re an experienced HR leader with a background in the QSR or hospitality sectors, a proven track record in talent management, and a passion for creating engaged, results-driven teams, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do here:
Identify and manage the internal succession pipeline working in close collaboration with Operations so restaurants have a healthy succession plan and engaged teams
Work closely with restaurant General Managers and Operations Managers to understand recruitment needs and supports with the selection process.
Champion our culture and listen to our teams, creating strategies and initiatives to increase team happiness and retain talent
Implement the performance management framework, ensuring talent is identified and under performance managed in accordance with company procedures.
Work in close collaboration with the learning & development team to identify learning needs and supports the creation of development programs and opportunities for continuous learning to enhance skills and create an internal talent pipeline
Ensure employment policies, processes and procedures are in place to ensure a harmonious employee resolve employee relations climate. Ensures compliance with employment law and resolves disputes in a fair and timely manner.
What we’re looking for:
Significant experience in a senior people leadership position
In-depth knowledge of employment law/ legislation
Proven people leadership experience within hospitality (multi site preferred)
Experience of developing and implementing people strategies
Track record in managing employee relations
Experience in implementing DEI programs
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desirable
HR certification would be highly desirable
Experience of leading and development talent management strategies
Proficient with HRIS and other relevant tools
