Join Us as a Property Maintenance Project Co-Ordinator – Drive Projects That Shape Our Spaces!

Are you ready to take on a role where no two days are the same, and your impact is felt across the country?

As a Property Maintenance Project Co-Ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced Commercial Team, driving essential refresh and maintenance projects across our estate. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, loves solving problems, and enjoys seeing their work come to life in real, tangible ways.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where your ability to juggle priorities, manage multiple stakeholders, and keep projects on track will shine. From on-site visits to high-level financial reporting, you’ll touch every part of the property project journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Travel nationwide to scope out site requirements, collaborating closely with Operations teams to tailor solutions for each location.
  • Oversee project completion on-site, ensuring top-quality standards and managing contractor performance.
  • Maximise value from suppliers—lead competitive tenders, challenge costs, and negotiate contracts to ensure every penny counts.
  • Keep projects moving—track timelines, flag milestones, and communicate updates clearly across the business.
  • Identify and address challenges, creatively finding solutions that work for the business
  • Present project costs and progress to internal stakeholders, working hand-in-hand with Finance—so solid presentation and excel skills are a must.
  • Partner with third parties to manage business rates claims, licensing renewals, and insurance processes.
  • Provide wider support to the Building Maintenance function as needed—think of yourself as the ultimate team player.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong written and verbal skills, skilled in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Commercial awareness with a sharp eye for value and efficiency
  • Cool under pressure, organised and always thinking a step ahead
  • Flexible to changing demands

The Details:

  • Hybrid role: work from office, onsite and home
  • Some flexibility required for weekend and bank holiday cover
  • A chance to make your mark in a role that combines property, operations, and commercial thinking

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and bonus scheme
  • Benefits platform, inc. gym discounts and cycle to work
  • Career progression opportunities
  • Private healthcare
  • Life assurance
  • 25 days holidays plus bank holidays
  • Birthday day off
  • Free chicken!

This is more than just project coordination—it’s an opportunity to influence how our spaces function and feel. If you're looking for a role that blends autonomy, collaboration, and impact, this could be the one for you.

Inclusivity and respect are at the heart of all we do, Popeyes is a place where everyone is can be their true self and everyone belongs. This is why we assess each application on the aptitude to do the job and nothing else.
