We’re looking for a commercially sharp, performance-driven leader to join us as Head of Delivery at Popeyes UK.
If you’re an experienced delivery and trading leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for sales and growth this is your opportunity to shape a core channel for one of the UK’s fastest-growing QSR brands.
In this role, you’ll own the delivery, trading, and marketing strategy driving sales performance across aggregator platforms, building strategic partnerships, and leading a cross-functional team to execute initiatives that bring our ambitious growth plans to life.
What You’ll Do Here:
Creates and executes the implementation and review of our delivery strategy, managing all key internal and external stakeholder relations
Owns and manages the strategic relationship with the aggregators on a day to day basis
Maintains a close and curious relationship with operations performance metrics to ensure delivery initiatives are commercially effective and operationally realistic.
Chairs business reviews ensuring the delivery channel and trading activity is optimized to meet our strategic goals
Manages the overall delivery performance, from strategy creation to overseeing implementation
Builds strong connections and relationships with third parties to influence our strategic goals
Leads on implementation and reporting of commercial and contract renewals
Influences the business trading strategy in relation to offers and promotions on aggregators
Collaborates and leads a cross functional delivery team across the business and influences the delivery of operational metrics and works with the head of central marketing on our plans.
What You’ll Have Done:
Proven experience in a senior delivery, trading or commercial strategy role within a high-growth QSR, retail or FMCG environment
A strong grasp of aggregator platforms, commercial levers and delivery channel dynamics
Experience leading strategic partnerships and managing complex stakeholder relationships
Track record of using data to inform decisions, drive performance, and influence strategy
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage channel P&L and KPIs
Collaborative leader who brings energy, clarity and direction to cross-functional teams
