Your role as a Training Manager at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen will be crucial in helping the business launch and establish itself in the UK. We are looking for passionate individuals who live and breathe hospitality, who want to be part of creating joy for our consumers, delivering training to our new joy creators and support to our stores throughout the opening period.
A flexible approach will be required to take on tasks according to the needs of the department and business plans.
This is a field based role and will require frequent/ weekly travel across the UK
The Role:
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience or willingness to become a part of a central support role within a Hospitality business, within the training / learning & development function
A high level of passion for the Hospitality industry with a keen interest in training as a career path
Strong communication skills
Great at building relationships
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment & meet deadlines
Can-do attitude and the ability to problem solve
Willingness to travel across the UK for our restaurant openings and to meet with suppliers
Set up and opening of brand new Popeyes UK restaurants across the UK whilst working with a global brand with big international plans
Becoming an integral part of this start up, travelling with us across the UK and involving yourself in every aspect to bring Popeyes to life in a distinctive way
