Join the UK team who have recently launched ‘The Chicken Sandwich that broke the internet” (Bloomberg) into the UK and were awarded the ‘Best International Newcomer of the year 2021’ by MCA.
Your role as a Training Manager at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen will be crucial in helping the business launch and establish itself in the UK. We are looking for passionate individuals who live and breathe hospitality, who want to be part of creating joy for our consumers, delivering training to our new joy creators and support to our stores throughout the opening period.
A flexible approach will be required to take on tasks according to the needs of the department and business plans.
This is a field based role and will require frequent/ weekly travel across the UK
The Role:
- Completely focused on making every employee be the BEST they can be every moment of everyday!
- Owns the culture and brand heritage.
- Puts the guest at the heart of every training program and decision and encourages all members of the team to be empowered to identify and turn an average experience into a joyful one.
- Acts confidently, enthusiastically, energetically and positively, a real ambassador in delivering the Popeyes customer experience.
- Understands that operations is the heart of the business, and works in conjunction with the ops team to deliver new store training programs on time
- Always leads by example, does not cut corners or make compromises. Lives and breathes customer experience and KPI’s (Think and act like an owner)
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience or willingness to become a part of a central support role within a Hospitality business, within the training / learning & development function
A high level of passion for the Hospitality industry with a keen interest in training as a career path
Strong communication skills
Great at building relationships
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment & meet deadlines
Can-do attitude and the ability to problem solve
Willingness to travel across the UK for our restaurant openings and to meet with suppliers
