What You’ll Do Here

As a General Manager, you’ll lead every aspect of your restaurant’s performance — from operations and people to guest satisfaction and brand standards. You’ll bring our bold values to life every day and be a true leader who inspires, empowers, and delivers epic results.

You’ll:

  • Lead all restaurant operations and own KPIs

  • Delight our guests every time by delivering outstanding service and cleanliness

  • Drive and deliver your sales and cost budget

  • Manage food, health, and safety controls and audits to a high standard

  • Be a proud ambassador of our brand and our legendary, shatter-crunch chicken

  • Build, develop, and empower your team to perform at their best

  • Own succession planning for key roles in your restaurant

  • Lead by example — hands-on, in the kitchen, on the floor, with your team

  • Create an inclusive, motivating atmosphere where everyone feels valued

  • Be a vital part of the local community, always doing what’s right for your people

 What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?

  • Oversee all financial and operational performance of the restaurant

  • Motivate and inspire your team through clear leadership and support

  • Build and manage team schedules, development plans, and performance goals

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and internal audits

  • Keep accurate records and complete daily admin tasks efficiently

  • Deliver on your financial controls within the restaurant’s budget

  • Communicate effectively with your line manager and support teams

  • Constantly raise the bar to be the best in your market

What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • Proven experience in people leadership, training, and performance management

  • A track record of strong financial and inventory control
