Job Type: Full-Time, Live in accommodation is available

Salary: up to £13.21ph

Are you an ambitious and talented Chef with experience in a fast-paced kitchen? Do you love working with fresh, locally sourced produce? At Pilchards, we offer more than just great food – we’re known for our stunning views, laid-back atmosphere, and a tight-knit team that’s passionate about what we do. Our Port Gaverne and Pilchards teams work closely together, so you’ll occasionally be expected to support across both locations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes using seasonal, local ingredients

• Working closely with a dedicated kitchen team to ensure consistency and precision

• Following all kitchen procedures and food hygiene standards

• Staying calm and organised during busy service

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen

• A team player with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail

• Someone who values quality, creativity, and sustainability
