Perch on the Pier is an award-winning café-restaurant at the end of Worthing’s iconic pier, serving up great food, stunning views, and warm hospitality from breakfast through dinner.
The Role
A fast-paced, hands-on role in our table-service restaurant with waiting, barista and bar duties. You’ll serve guests, manage orders, make drinks, and help keep everything running smoothly—indoors and out.

What You’ll Do
- Greet guests & take orders on tablets
- Serve food & drinks, clear tables, load the dishwasher
- Make coffees & drinks
- Process payments, restock, clean down
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in restaurants, cafés, pubs, or bars
- Calm under pressure, strong communicator, team player
- Can carry 3 plates, knows coffee, wine & allergens
- Positive, fun, and passionate about hospitality
Job Type: Part-time, Weekends
