  •  Conduct regular floor walks throughout the night to ensure guest corridors, public areas, and hotel facilities are clean, secure, quiet, and maintained to brand standards, reporting any maintenance or security concerns appropriately.
  • Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, restaurant and bar offerings, and local attractions in West London.
  • Support the Food & Beverage operation when required, including assisting with guest service, restaurant setup, bar support, and maintaining service standards during busy periods or late-night operations.
  • Communicate guest preferences, special occasions, allergies, and requests clearly between departments to ensure personalised service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards across reception, lobby, restaurant, and public areas during the night shift.
  • Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation where appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Management teams to ensure smooth overnight operations.
  • Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance guest satisfaction and overall experience.
  • Inform guests about the benefits of the Marriott Bonvoy programme where appropriate.

  • Ability to work independently and remain calm in a busy overnight environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within Marriott.
