We’re looking for experienced, positive, and upbeat Front of House team members who always put the guest first. The Perch is an award-winning café-restaurant right on the beach, known for warm hospitality, great food, and a fun, friendly atmosphere.

What you’ll do:

Welcome and serve guests, take orders, run food and drinks, prepare coffees, support the bar/kiosk, keep the restaurant looking great, and help create a fantastic guest experience from start to finish.

What we’re looking for:

Hospitality experience, great communication, confidence under pressure, and a fun, sociable attitude. Passion for food, drink, and brilliant service is a must!
