Role Overview:
As a Team Leader / Supervisor at Perch Restaurant, you will oversee daily operations, lead and support our front-of-house team, and ensure exceptional service for every guest. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences. You will be the point of contact for staff during shifts, helping to maintain a smooth and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Supervise: Oversee and direct the front-of-house team, ensuring service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every guest enjoys a fantastic dining experience by delivering friendly, efficient, and professional service. Handle guest inquiries or complaints with care and resolve issues promptly.
• Staff Development: Train, motivate, and develop the team to improve performance and build a positive work environment. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
• Operational Support: Assist in managing daily operational tasks such as inventory checks, opening and closing duties, and staff scheduling.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean environment by following all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between staff and management, ensuring clear communication during shifts.
• Problem Solving: Ensure all issues, whether operational or customer-related, are resolved efficiently and effectively.
