As a General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the business – driving performance, leading your team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in embedding positive change, maintaining exceptional standards, and creating a welcoming environment for both customers and team members.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, inspiring, and developing your team to deliver exceptional service every day
• Driving sales and maximising store performance
• Recruiting, training, and retaining top talent
• Ensuring high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and health & safety
• Creating a positive and inclusive team culture
• Managing operational efficiency and implementing business improvements

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality management
• A passion for food, people, and customer service
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• £36,000–£39,000 per annum
