HR Administrator
We are looking for a HR Administrator to join the People team here at Prezzo.
You will have a strong team focus and will
provide credible, professional and timely HR services to the more senior
members of staff within the HR department.
What will you do:
- Preparation of reference letters for past
employees & managing NI database
- Custodian of all Policies and Procedures, ensuring
that Tutto and Newz and Webforms are updated accordingly to reflect any policy
changes.
- Creating fourth reports to support driving
People metrics- absence, starters/leavers etc
- Managing the payroll report and issuing this
out to Operations Managers in a timely manner
- Ensuring HR files are kept up to date and
audited annually
- Generating key data analytics monthly against
core KPIS
- Assisting with benefits administration &
holiday buy/carry over process
- Assisting with the Support Centre bonus and
salary review process
- Managing departmental invoices and supports
with P & L
- Addendum to contract letters for Support
Centre and Restaurants
- Tutto administration – to ensure accurate
reporting lines in place
- Support Centre – manage new joiners/leavers on
fourth and manage SC payroll changes.
- Conduct
exit interviews
- Support administration of Apprenticeship &
learning systems & co ordinating people training sessions
- Support for Talent Acquisition team-
advertising, initial screening of applications sent via the
Applicant Tracking System.
What will you bring:
- Previous experience in a HR administration role would be helpful but not essential
- Strong attention to detail (essential).
- Experienced in using Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary.
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise.
- Multitasking whilst smiling.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer focused approach.
