HR Administrator


We are looking for a HR Administrator to join the People team here at Prezzo. 

You will have a strong team focus and will provide credible, professional and timely HR services to the more senior members of staff within the HR department. 

What will you do:


  • Preparation of reference letters for past employees & managing NI database
  • Custodian of all Policies and Procedures, ensuring that Tutto and Newz and Webforms are updated accordingly to reflect any policy changes.
  • Creating fourth reports to support driving People metrics- absence, starters/leavers etc
  • Managing the payroll report and issuing this out to Operations Managers in a timely manner
  • Ensuring HR files are kept up to date and audited annually
  • Generating key data analytics monthly against core KPIS
  • Assisting with benefits administration & holiday buy/carry over process
  • Assisting with the Support Centre bonus and salary review process
  • Managing departmental invoices and supports with P & L
  • Addendum to contract letters for Support Centre and Restaurants
  • Tutto administration – to ensure accurate reporting lines in place
  • Support Centre – manage new joiners/leavers on fourth and manage SC payroll changes.
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Support administration of Apprenticeship & learning systems & co ordinating people training sessions
  • Support for Talent Acquisition team- advertising,  initial  screening of applications sent via the Applicant Tracking System.

What will you bring:
  
  • Previous experience in a HR administration role would be helpful but not essential 
  • Strong attention to detail (essential).
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise.
  • Multitasking whilst smiling.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer focused approach.
