You’ll manage budgets, performance, and creative alignment to ensure every campaign delivers awareness, engagement, and measurable growth – all with heart.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver paid media campaigns across multiple channels
• Identify platforms that align with our brand values and audience
• Brief and manage creative assets with internal and external teams
• Monitor performance and report on KPIs including reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI
• Collaborate across Marketing to integrate paid media into seasonal and brand campaigns
• Stay ahead of trends in paid media, influencer marketing, and digital storytelling

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing paid media in a consumer brand or agency
• Strong grasp of digital metrics, tracking tools, and performance optimisation
• Creative thinker with a sharp eye for brand tone and audience fit
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Confident managing budgets and reporting results
