We currently have an opportunity to join our largest brand, Prezzo Restaurants as an Operations Manager for the Reading & Guildford area.

Candidates will be experienced in multi-site management, be strong leaders, focused on driving high standards, growing sales and ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to. The successful Operations Manager will oversee 12 restaurants within the Reading & Guildford area and report to one of 4 Regional Operations Directors. Operations Managers will support, build and develop Restaurant Managers to ensure all restaurants in their area are operating as successfully as possible with passionate and effective teams in place.

The Role:
• Coach and develop General Managers to be inspiring leaders
• Recruit General Managers and Assistant Managers
• Develop a robust succession plan for the Area
• Liaise, work with and effectively communicate with all managers to maintain and when needed improve standards
• To effectively maintain and improve quality of food and service
• To ensure all restaurants comply with Hygiene, Health and Safety, Licensing, Financial and all legal requirements
• Report all serious complaints, incidents, accidents, and other irregularities to Regional Operations Director
• Successfully open new restaurants by managing the recruitment and development of the restaurant team and opening on time and within budget
• Feedback on food quality and suppliers services to the Regional Operations Director

We are looking for:
• People focused, with a passion for driving development
• Hospitality, Leisure, Catering or Food Retail experience
• Experience with multi-site management
• Strong financial experience, P&L and labour budgets
• Proven record of recruiting, developing and inspiring strong teams
• Fully eligible to work in the UK
• strong communication skills, working with all levels
