Prezzo Group Holdings are a leading branded restaurant company with a portfolio of over 300 quality restaurants within the UK and Ireland. Prezzo incorporates 4 other brands as well as our Italian casual dining chain, these are Chimichanga Tex-Mex, Cleaver, Caffe Uno and our new brand, MEXIco.

We are looking for a Guest Relations Advisor, to work alongside our existing team based in Woodford Green. You will be responsible for answering and logging customer feedback, processing refunds, and liaising with operations teams. All with a focus on retention and providing the highest quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Responding to variety customers via Email, Telephone & Post
• Record phone complaints
• Liaise with operations teams to investigate customer feedback
• Meet daily & weekly targets
• Process refunds
• Assisting the team with simple admin tasks when required
Skills
Essential
• Ability to maintain an open mind and remain calm under pressure
• Strong communicator, with good interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, whist operating in a team
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Friendly and approachable
• Excellent telephone manner
• Basic or working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Confident in learning new systems

• Customer service background
• Experience working in hospitality
