We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Server to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring guests receive outstanding service from arrival to departure. This is a full-time seasonal position for the summer period, with a preferred contract running until 1st November 2026.

• Deliver attentive, discreet, and personalised service to every guest
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and beverages in a professional manner
  
• Ensure tables are clean, set, and presentable at all times
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations consistently
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams
• Process payments and operate tills where required
• Maintain knowledge of menus, specials, and promotions

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred (training can be provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a refined, fast-paced setting
