Bartender – Shake, Stir & Serve with Style!

The hourly rate for this role includes a competitive share of Tronc. 100% of Tronc is distributed to the staff, giving approximately £4-£5 per hour above the standard hourly rate of £12.40

At Prime, we’re looking for a passionate, energetic bartender to bring great vibes, expert pours, and top-notch service to our bar. If you love crafting killer cocktails, homemade cordials, and thick, indulgent milkshakes to go with our amazing burgers at Prime, this is the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Crafting exceptional drinks, cocktails, homemade cordials, milkshakes and coffee.

Providing a next-level guest experience, friendly, knowledgeable & engaging, helping guests find their perfect drink. Keeping the bar running smoothly, great organisation, stocked & sparkling clean.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience behind the bar, prep, mixing, garnishing & serving drinks like a pro

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• A love for great food & drink – especially when paired with the perfect Prime burger!

• Strong attention to detail – keeping things clean, stocked & running smoothly
