Pasture is a Steak House & late night bar brought to you by Chef Owner Sam Elliott. Pasture restaurant is a celebration of fire-based cooking and incredible local ingredients. The in-house butchers handpick and prepare the very best meat from farms in the south west and our chefs use it to cook beautiful, modern dishes. In a nutshell Pasture is about fine dining for everyone, with slick, engaging service, top-quality food and a team whose knowledge is as strong as it’s passion.
The hourly rate for this role includes a competitive share of Tronc. 100% of Tronc is distributed to the staff, giving approximately £2-£3 per hour above the standard hourly rate of £12.60
At Prime, we take butchery seriously, using the whole carcass to craft everything from house-made sausages and prime cuts to our signature dry-aged burgers and ready-to-cook meals. What You’ll Be Doing:
Prepping daily cuts, setting up the fridge with fresh, high-quality selections, and breaking down whole carcasses, from prime steaks to secondary cuts. Crafting in-house specialities, dry-aged burgers, sausages & more. Prepping for our signature experience boxes and making restaurant-quality meals for home working alongside top chefs, bringing butchery and cooking together
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced butcher or chef looking to hone butchery skills
A passion for quality, precision, and full carcass utilisation
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Deep knowledge of meat cuts, ageing, and preparation techniques
A focus on cleanliness, highly organised, and a good working knowledge of food safety
