We’re looking for a Door Host who can manage the flow of our busy, walk-in-only restaurant with confidence, warmth, and efficiency. You’ll be the first face our guests see, so a friendly and welcoming personality is key. You’ll be in charge of managing the queue, helping guests feel looked after from the moment they arrive, and using our SevenRooms booking system to keep things running smoothly. Communication is everything — with both guests and the rest of the team, especially when it gets busy (which it often does!).

We don’t take reservations, so this role is all about people skills, problem-solving, and creating a great first impression. You’ll need to stay calm under pressure, be quick on your feet, and keep the vibe positive and professional.

The hourly rate shown includes a competitive share of Tronc: 100% of Tronc is distributed to the staff, usually giving approx. £4-£5 per hour on top of the standard rate of pay
