  Junior Sous Chef Wanted at Prime by Pasture

The Salary rate for this role includes a competitive share of Tronc. 100% of Tronc is distributed to the staff, giving approximately £5000-£7000 per Year above the standard Salary rate of £29000.00.

Prime by Pasture, nestled in the heart of Redcliffe, surrounded by buzzing offices, city apartments, and student life, Prime by Pasture is all about big flavors, top-quality ingredients, and a no-compromise approach to sustainability. We’re redefining burgers—everything is made in-house, from scratch, the way it should be.

Mornings kick off with rich, expertly brewed coffee, stacked breakfasts, and fresh smoothies. By afternoon, it’s all about burgers, whether you like them big and juicy or double smashed. Alongside the burgers are our signature sticky wings and indulgent, thick shakes. As evening rolls in, the vibes turn up, the bar gets lively, and the menu is built for hands-on eating (napkins recommended).

We’re here for early risers, brunch lovers, lunch rushers, and anyone craving a seriously good feed. Eat in, take away, or catch up with friends—no judgment, just incredible food made fresh with no shortcuts.

What we’re looking for:

You’ve got solid kitchen experience and the skills to back it up — from smashing a busy service to managing orders, supporting your team, and keeping standards sky-high. You’ve run a pass, handled pressure, and still found time to inspire those around you.

You’re buzzing about food, you’re hands-on, switched-on, and ready to help lead from the front.  With strong experience in high-volume kitchens, great food knowledge, and a clear sense of pride in their work. You’ll have a calm, focused approach under pressure and the ability to inspire and support junior team members while continuing to grow your own skills.

  • Someone who can inspire, train, and build a top-tier team

  • A hands-on approach, leading from the front, staying connected with the team

  • Strong ability to maintain cleanliness and ensure food safety standards are met
