Pasture is a Steak House & late night bar brought to you by Chef Owner Sam Elliott. Pasture restaurant is a celebration of fire-based cooking and incredible local ingredients. The in-house butchers handpick and prepare the very best meat from farms in the south west and our chefs use it to cook beautiful, modern dishes. In a nutshell Pasture is about fine dining for everyone, with slick, engaging service, top-quality food and a team whose knowledge is as strong as it’s passion.
Prime by Pasture, nestled in the heart of Redcliffe, surrounded by buzzing offices, city apartments, and student life, Prime by Pasture is all about big flavors, top-quality ingredients, and a no-compromise approach to sustainability. We’re redefining burgers—everything is made in-house, from scratch, the way it should be.
Mornings kick off with rich, expertly brewed coffee, stacked breakfasts, and fresh smoothies. By afternoon, it’s all about burgers, whether you like them big and juicy or double smashed. Alongside the burgers are our signature sticky wings and indulgent, thick shakes. As evening rolls in, the vibes turn up, the bar gets lively, and the menu is built for hands-on eating (napkins recommended).
We’re here for early risers, brunch lovers, lunch rushers, and anyone craving a seriously good feed. Eat in, take away, or catch up with friends—no judgment, just incredible food made fresh with no shortcuts.
And if that’s not enough, you can bring Prime and Pasture home with our selection of top-quality meats from our in-house butches or pickup some fresh produce from our own farm!

Pay: Hourly rate £13.30 + £3.78–£3.90 per hour in Tronc (on average). In addition to your standard hourly wage, you'll receive a share of Tronc, of which 100% is distributed to the team.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Supervisor who thrives in service and leads from the front. You’ll be quick, calm under pressure, fun and passionate about delivering incredible guest experiences while developing those around you.
You’ll be someone who naturally takes ownership, supporting managers, guiding the team, and helping new starters find their feet through great training and coaching. You know how to read a room, manage the flow of service, and keep standards high without losing the energy and fun that makes Prime what it is.
Experience in hospitality is important for this role, but attitude, leadership, and a passion for people matter just as much.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’re a team player with a natural flair for hospitality. You bring energy, positivity, and a sense of fun to the floor, and you’re proud to work in a place that’s all about quality and good vibes. Whether it’s your first role in hospitality or you’ve already got experience, you’re keen to learn, excited to grow, and always ready to jump in wherever you’re needed.
