Floor Manager – Lead the Team, Set the Vibe! 

Salary: up to £31000 base + £9500–£9900 in Tronc (on average)

This role offers a base salary of up to £31,000 plus a competitive share of Tronc. 100% of Tronc is distributed directly to staff, averaging a total potential earnings of over £40,900 annually.

We’re on the lookout for big personalities to take the lead on our restaurant floor! If you bring energy, passion, and a love for hospitality, we want you. At Prime, we deliver top-tier service with warmth and personality, and we need a motivated leader who can inspire, train, and support an amazing team, all while making sure every guest leaves with a smile.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You'll be running high-energy, fast-paced services like a pro, keeping the vibe electric and the team motivated. You'll be creating unforgettable guest experiences, making sure every visit is top-tier, while also managing orders, team operations, and daily logistics to keep everything running smoothly. On top of that, you'll support the retail butcher’s shop, ensuring the space is looking sharp, stocked, and ready for action. Whether opening up for the day or closing down for the night, you’ll set the standard for front-of-house presentation for the whole site. Most importantly, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and passion to every shift because great hospitality starts with a great leader!

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of management experience in a busy restaurant

  • A natural leader with strong communication skills

  • A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments

  • A passion for exceptional service and hospitality

  • Someone proactive, positive, and always looking to level up
