Introduction to the site and role 

The Princess of Shoreditch is a critically acclaimed pub and restaurant holding 3 AA Rosette and been named the Newcomer of the Year for Top 50 Gastropubs.
Michelin trained Head Chef Ruth Hansom showcases modern British cooking, with the seasonal 5/8 course tasting menu championing British ingredients that are locally sourced and ethically produced.

We are now looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join this busy, service-led pub and restaurant and help us take things to the next level. We believe in treating people the way we wish to be treated and take the careers of our team seriously, aiming to fill all our senior positions internally through training and support.

If you are ambitious and are looking to progress into management this could be the perfect place for you.

About you:

  • Have experience in a similar establishment
  • Speak Fluent English
  • Have a passion for food & drink
  • Be kind, friendly & outgoing
  • Know the difference between service & hospitality
