Bar Manager

As the Assistant General Manager you will

• Lead with initiative and foster a culture of excellence.

• Be able to handle the busiest of services with a cool head 
  
• Have great organisational skills
  
• Have experience in stock control, ordering, GP's and cellar management 
• Be able to run slower floor services

The ideal candidate will have experience in senior management role at either a premium restaurant or pub. We are also happy to accept senior supervisors with the intent to train them into the role.
