Position Summary: The Manager is responsible for supporting the entire restaurant's operations. The manager is also responsible for meeting performance and profit goals. These objectives include assisting in the selection, development, and training of all staff in the restaurant . The manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all front of house operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience and from greeting, seating, dining and exit.
Principal Duties:
- Supervise the day-to-day task assignments and performance for all staff
- Ensure a safe, sanitary and excellent dining experience for all guests.
- Respond to customer complaints or inquiries. Solicit customer feedback, input, and information through various communication vehicles.
- React to information and create a plan to consistently meet the expectations of all guests.
- Assist in managing all matters relating to the restaurant including hiring, training, health department grading and overall day to day operations.
- Ensure the planning and execution of established restaurant policies, procedures and practices.
- Plan and prepare work schedules and coordinate daily opening and closing duties.
