Profeta Farms is a 1200 acre multifaceted certified organic livestock and vegetable farm dedicated to changing the way food is produced and distributed. We aim to produce a wide range of high-quality foods so that our customers may buy the majority of their food from a single local, organic, responsible source. Profeta Farms is opening a new 25,000 square-foot grocery store with a strong focus on prepared foods.<br>Profeta Farms is holding itself to a higher standard than the USDA rules. We call it “BEYOND ORGANIC.”<br><br>We hope that this venture will be a success and will become a template for other local organic agricultural efforts across the country.
