Description

Kor is looking to hire a full-time Financial Analyst to underwrite chiefly multifamily value-add and new construction investments. This position provides an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of a fully integrated commercial real estate investment and development firm.


Job Overview

  • Work closely with property, project management, and accounting teams to underwriting primarily multifamily investments in growing markets throughout the Southwestern United States, including Texas
  • Assist the transaction team with underwriting, investment memos, and closing coordination for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
  • Work efficiently in teams and individually with minimal oversight


Qualifications

  • Requires 3 - 6 years of multifamily underwriting experience
  • Very high proficiency in Excel and financial modeling building
  • Highly detail-focused with strong analytical, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements

 

Education

  • Requires a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in real estate, finance, business, economics, or math
