We are seeking a versatile and proactive IT/PA & CCTV Systems Technician to join our technical team. This role bridges the gap between physical security systems and core IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for our CCTV network, general IT hardware/network support, and the maintenance of our audio systems. This is a hands-on position requiring a mix of technical troubleshooting, physical installation, and administrative hardware management.

Key Responsibilities

CCTV Systems Management

• Service and maintain on-site CCTV systems, ensuring 24/7 reliability of IP cameras, NVRs, cabling, and network components.
• Install and configure new CCTV hardware and software as site requirements evolve.
• Perform proactive troubleshooting
• Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager by submitting timely requests for spare parts and components.
• Note: While prior experience is a plus, full training will be provided.

IT Infrastructure & Hardware Support

• Install and configure core network hardware, including routers, switches, access points, cabling, and patch panels.
• Diagnose and resolve network-related issues such as LAN/WiFi connectivity, IP conflicts, and bandwidth bottlenecks.
• Provide support for end users, addressing hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, and printers both on-site and for Head Office staff.
• Maintain a detailed IT inventory of all networking gear, computing assets, and peripherals.

Audio & PA Systems

• Perform basic-level service and maintenance on audio equipment (speakers, amplifiers, venue mixers, volume controls, etc.)

Note: While prior experience is a plus, full training will be provided

​Technical Requirements & Skills​

• • Proven experience in a technical support or field technician role.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs).
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with project managers and supporting end users.
  • Physical ability to perform installations, which may include working at heights or in confined cabling spaces.
