Job Overview

As a Lettings Negotiator at Criterion, you will be at the forefront of tenant acquisition and engagement. Your primary goal is to drive occupancy levels through effective marketing, conducting property viewings, and building strong relationships while leveraging your keen understanding of the local property market. Working closely with the team, you'll ensure that every prospective tenant experiences professional service

In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an attractive commission structure designed to reward your success in securing new tenancies, making your efforts directly impact on your earning



The Role

  • Manage inbound enquirers, provide tailored property information, and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Convert leads into successful tenancies through effective negotiation and presentation
  • Meeting monthly KPI’s to ensure there are no vacant properties
  • Develop, implement, and manage property advertisements and online listings. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, viewings, tenancy agreements, and communication
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve any tenant referencing issues and ensure a smooth on boarding
  • Maintain strong organizational skills to effectively manage viewings across multiple sites, ensuring a smooth and efficient proc
  • Travelling between sites to carry out viewings on all South London
  • Covered travel expenses while traveling between sites to conduct property viewings for residential units across South Lon
  • Working Hours: Typically, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential variations including occasional Saturday


Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent, or in a similar role within the property service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first min
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven approach
  • In-depth knowledge of local property markets and regulatory frames
  • proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft of
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to details
