The Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our residential property team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate check-in, check-out and mid-term inspection reports across our residential portfolio. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed inventories of residential properties at the start and end of tenancies.
• Record the condition of properties, including furnishings, fixtures, fittings and décor.
• Produce accurate written and photographic reports within agreed timescales.
• Conduct mid-term inspections to monitor property condition and tenant compliance.
• Liaise with property managers, tenants and landlords regarding property condition and any required works.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety and statutory requirements.
• Provide a professional and courteous service, representing Criterion Hospitality at all times.
• Our 8 sites which consist of 1400 apartments are situated in West Croydon, Basildon, Colliers Wood, Sutton & Bracknell

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in residential property management (desirable but not essential).
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using digital reporting software and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• flexibility to travel between sites.
