Description

Criterion Hospitality is seeking a Qualified Electrician to support and oversee the electrical maintenance and compliance of our residential property portfolio. This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive electrician with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across residential properties
  • Ensure all electrical systems comply with current regulations and safety standards
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and certification (EICRs)
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
  • Support refurbishment and minor project works as required
  • Liaise with property managers, contractors, and residents to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation


Requirements

  • Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Experience working within residential properties or portfolios
  • Sound knowledge of electrical compliance and health & safety regulations
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
