Assistant General Manager rate of pay £29,000 - 30,000p/a + Service Charge + Quarterly Bonus

As an AGM, you’ll be responsible for supporting the GM to reach targets and KPI’s set out by Ops team. You’ll have a big focus on team training and development, leading by example, showing junior team members how to be exceptional brand ambassadors. With a great eye for detail, you’ll keep the team on top of cleaning and shop presentation, making sure everything is on point for the customer experience. You'll be a team player with energy and personality who genuinely cares about people (both team and customer) having a good time.

Patty Perks:

• 42hr contract
• Service charge more than £6000 a year
• Quarterly bonus up to £950
