General Manager rate of pay £36,000p/a + Service Charge + Quarterly Bonus

Our GM’s are expected to lead from the front, setting the tone and energy for their shop. Working hard to exceed targets set out by Ops but understanding it’s not just about numbers, and the importance of a happy team, motivating and encouraging your crew.  You’ll have a strong understanding of what it takes to drive a business and how you can best utilise your team to help you get results. A strong understanding of stock systems, people management, training and development and great service is an absolute must.

Patty Perks:

• 42hr contract
• Service charge more than £10,000 a year
• Quarterly bonus up to £1875
