The Role

We're looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our crew and help us elevate our guest experience. If you live and breathe exceptional hospitality and thrive in a hands-on environment, this is the role for you. Here, you won't just be managing from the sidelines—all of our senior team loves getting stuck in! You will:

  • Run seamless shifts and lead by example.
  • Manage the smooth opening and closing of the venue.
  • Train, mentor, and develop our fantastic team of bartenders.
What’s in it for you? We don't just want you to work for us; we want to invest in you. We’ll fully support your growth with training in health & safety, bar stock management, and help you secure your personal licence. We’re here to push you to become not just an exceptional hospitality pro, but an unstoppable leader.

Essential skills and attributes for the job

  • A fun-loving personality to make sure you get the most out of your teams and keep our guests coming back for more.
  • Bags of energy.
  • Love for hospitality – it’s what we do!

About Us

Perched in London Fields is Pub On The Park, an endearing establishment that has created quite a name for itself. The venue is set up in order to accommodate the interests of absolutely everybody - whether its catching up for a drink or getting comfy in one of their sofas, there's room for diners to sit and comfortably enjoy a roast, and lovers of the great outside can perch themselves in the heated outside area all year round. Then there are two great private rooms, the Front Room & Bears Den, which has recently had a face lift with its very own small terrace area. Food from resident BBQ extraordinaries ‘Bodeans Kansas City BBQ’ there is plenty to sink your teeth into. This pub draws a diverse crowd - children (and pets) are more than welcome, whilst the three big-screens showing all the biggest sporting fixtures and the venue's close proximity to Hackney Empire and Ocean make it ideal for sport lovers and gig goers alike.
