We’re looking for people with passion to join our pub teams in some of the most stunning locations across the South West. Pub Flex is our flexible career scheme – perfect for anyone looking to boost their income with a few extra hours.

These are flexible roles to suit your lifestyle and ensure the right balance for you. Sign up to receive alerts for easy-to-arrange shifts, whenever you want them, with some great benefits thrown in. What’s not to like? Better still, applicants of all ages and levels of experience are welcome to join us, and there are no minimum number of weekly or monthly hours required to sign up. It’s entirely up to you.

How to apply

Signing up to receive Pub Flex app alerts couldn’t be easier! Simply click on the apply now and complete your details.  If successful, you’ll be invited to a screening interview, followed by a short e-learning course, and you’re all set.

Once you’re on board, you can choose the alerts you want to receive - at the pubs nearest to you - and be in charge of your own rota. 

Please note, you do need to be age 18 and over to apply.

What we offer

You’ll find a variety of job vacancies up for grabs – from front-of-house roles, to supporting our creative kitchen crews and housekeeping teams. Pub Flex is 100% inclusive, and we welcome applicants from all walks of life, whether you’re studying at university, have a young family, or you’re retired and looking for occasional part-time work.

There are plenty of perks too, including 30% off food and drink across our managed pub estate. We’re always looking to invest in future talent so you could even find yourself progressing into a permanent role with us one day, unlocking a wealth of further benefits and career pathways.

You’ll be notified of shifts near you, as and when they become available, and you can sign up in seconds using the Pub Flex app. The power is completely in your hands. All roles pay £10.50 per hour.
