Job Description: As Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pub, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. You will lead and support our team, manage stock, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the pub staff, including front of house and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Manage stocks and order supplies as needed.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the pub.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with staff training.
  • Handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
  • Coordinate with management to implement promotions and events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

·      Pay is £13.50

·      Share of tips each month – averages around £3 per hour - OTE up to £45k per year.

·      30 hours guaranteed – expected to be 40 over spring/summer season.

·      Cross training given to build confidence both FOH and kitchen

·      Opportunity to work with a friendly team focussed on team development and progression to General Manager.

·      Onsite parking
