Punk Royale London is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen and continue shaping one of the most distinctive tasting menu experiences in the city.

The role requires strong leadership, precision, and creativity in equal measure. You will oversee the execution of a 20+ course tasting menu, guide and mentor a talented team of chefs, and ensure the kitchen operates with excellence at every level — from organisation and cost control to service flow and innovation.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Punk Royale HQ in Stockholm on costings, menu development, and creative direction, while upholding the values that define Punk Royale: discipline, curiosity, and fearless flavour.

We’re looking for someone who is:
– Experienced in a similar leadership role
– Highly motivated, driven, and organised
– A team builder with an eye for detail
– Passionate about pushing culinary boundaries
